Infinite Self-Worth

Even though everyone continues to change throughout their life, our basic sense of self-worth remains constant and intimately entwined with optimism and self-belief.  It is not measureable and is forever linked to every person's infinite oneness with the universe. Self-esteem, on the other hand is a vacillating measurement of how you feel about yourself at any given time and should never be confused with self-worth.

By regularly acknowledging your self-worth, you can ensure that you never forget
what an important, beloved, and special part of the universe you are.
You are born worthy because it is intertwined with your very being.

Frequently appreciating yourself, defining your personal boundaries, being kind to yourself, endeavoring to have your needs met, and trying to expand your horizons will keep your sense of value renewed. And when you are in touch with your self-worth, you are able to unquestionably accept yourself as you are. These behaviors are particularly necessary when life's challenges bring insecurity, lack of confidence, or even depression.

So just as oceans contain countless individual drops of water, we are all an integral — albeit separate — part of the universe.  Self-worth therefore is never connected with what you've accomplished, how you look, or even of your intelligence.

Because your conception of your self-worth is not based on the fulfillment of expectations,
you'll see your mistakes and failures as just another part of life's journey.
It is your worth as an individual who is simultaneously interconnected
with
all living beings that allows you to be happy, confident, and motivated.
