Staying Balanced

"We have to have one mind for the Four Directions. Until we reach that one mind, we cannot be filled with understanding."  --Grandfather William Commanda, ALGONQUIN
The happiest, healthiest, most productive and helpful lives are emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually balanced.  Any negative physical feelings (such as hunger, fatique, or illness), emotional feelings (like doubt, insecurity, loneliness, anger, or resentment ), or behaviors (actions like alcoholism, revenge, dishonesty, rage, or erratic activities) indicate that one or more of these areas are out of balance.
"If there is a shadow of a doubt someplace, that will cause a weakness."  --Wallace Black Elk, LAKOTA
According to the Law of Attraction, which says like attracts like, when our mental images, thoughs, and visions include doubt, the doubt will prevent the vision from materializing the way we want. Positive visions though will always materialize, so learn to keep your thoughts, images, and visions positive, only allowing those events you want to attract.
Living a balanced life attracts positive events,
increases your Karma, and
satisfies your deepest desires.
When you realize you're not thinking, feeling or behaving as you want, quickly take time to re-center yourself.  Connect with and listen to your quiet, inner voice for guidance on how to realign your emotions, mind, body, and spirit.
