"Life is either a grand adventure or nothing." -- Helen Keller
Does your fear of pain and discomfort along with your self-doubt and insecurities prevent you from attempting specific tasks? If you want to make changes in your life, to enjoy your life, and to feel peace, contentment, and happiness, you simply need to adjust your perception of what you consider to be your reality. Learning to access the positive, flip side of those diminishing emotions, you can reclaim your strength, passion, and adventurism to finally live the way you wanting, accomplishing what you want.
"It is a paradox in the contemporary world that in our desire for peace, we must willingly give ourselves to struggle." --Linda Hogan, CHICKASAW
The start of change requires your shift in thinking. Recognize that ALL growth is a product of struggle and conflict the process creating the metamorphasis. Emotional, mental, or spiritual change occurs after acknowledging a need for change, recognizing exactly what needs changing in what way, and finally after forgiving the mistakes made [due to ignorance for any better choices] by either yourself or by someone else. When we learn the lessons that life is teaching us, we grow to be more than we could ever have imagined.
"Everything in your life is there as a vehicle for your transformation. Use it!" Ram Dass, Spiritual teacher and author
