Never consider yourself or your efforts a failure — only that you have not succeeded YET. Your beliefs, behavior, and self worth all come from how you feel about yourself so change your point of view by listening to your self talk. Talk to yourself in positive terms, with kind, uplifting, compassionate, and understanding words. Change your self image by focusing on the good you do — and are capable of doing. As your patterns of thought and resultant behavior become ever more peaceful, your life will have less impassable resistance and conflicts.
