Embracing Desired Change

"When we feel stuck, going nowhere — even starting to slip backward — we may actually be backing up to get a running start."  -- Dan Millman
Change usually requires persistence because the transition can't happen overnight. This is a difficult, uncomfortable time of feeling groundless because thoughts, beliefs and habits are all in flux.

Making a desired change means resisting the urge to cling to or revert to your old, familiar habits and thoughts. You must let go of those comfortable feelings in order to make room for something new. Do not let fear of loosing   Just hang on, trust yourself, and believe your new reality will happen.
"Every positive change - every jump to a higher level of energy and awareness - involves a rite of passage. Each time to ascend to a higher rung on the ladder of personal evolution, we must go through a period of discomfort, of initiation. I have never found an exception."  -- Dan Millman
