When listening to ego, all situations are considered conflicts because control must be retained and defeat is not allowed. However, spirit does not have any such ulterior motives, does not accept responsibility for nor oppose another's needs, but simply acknowledges another person as real with their needs being part of their reality.
Unfortunately, much time and energy is wasted coping with someone else's unreal needs simply because you can't know if ulterior motives are involved. Insecure egos can't hide their neediness, and tend to cause a person to manipulate, cajole, demand, beg, seduce, or insist in order to get their needs met.
As long as you can simply allow another person's neediness, thankfully love will continue to flow.
